Winter 2019

Feb. 6th - Apr. 25th

Summer 2019

Dates To Be Announced

Here at Spirit Yoga, we offer a comprehensive yoga teacher certification course that is one of the most sought after in San Diego. Our 200 Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training will invite you to engage with your yoga practice in a way that invigorates your body, sharpens your mind, and ignites your spirit.

Our studio’s experienced instructors will show you how to intelligently and skillfully guide students through an all levels yoga asana practice and encourage people to connect with themselves in a more meaningful way. Along with the philosophy of yoga, you will also be given the tools that can enhance all aspects of your own life.

Our three-month winter training session allows for you to pursue your yoga teacher training certification in a flexible way that works with most schedules. Classes and informational sessions are held in the evenings during the week and on the weekends. Our summer intensive course is a condensed course with classes six days a week – it allows for the on-the-go yogi to complete his or her 200-hour certification in half the time of a normal paced course.

Upon completion, you will be able to register with the Yoga Alliance as an RYT 200 and teach and share the yoga practice in an accessible and inspirational way. Start the yoga teacher training journey now.
