200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Our 200 Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training will invite you to engage with your yoga practice in a way that invigorates your body, sharpens your  mind, and ignites your spirit. You will learn how to intelligently and skillfully guide students through an all levels yoga asana practice and encourage people to connect with themselves in a more meaningful way. Upon completion, you will be able to register with the Yoga Alliance as an RYT 200 and teach and share the yoga practice in an accessible and inspirational way.

Jonathon Old-Rowe, 500+ Training Hours | Jon credits yoga for saving his life and keeping him out of prison. After almost 20 years of teaching, he believes that the best yoga teacher can be found inside of each and every student, as long as the student is willing to do the work. Jon has devoted his life to the tradition of the yoga practice, especially in regards to chanting, meditation, and deep introspection.
Lauren Padula, Doctor of PT, E-RYT-200, YACEP | Lauren is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and an expert in anatomy, especially as it relates to proper alignment within yoga poses. Her knowledge helps trainees to instruct yoga in an intelligent, functional, and therapeutic way. Lauren believes that yoga asana can empower people to connect to themselves and become more embodied.
Daniela Kent, E-RYT 500, CPT, YACEP  | Our Lead Teacher at Spirit Yoga, Daniela has 10 years experience teaching and continuosly studies various yogic disciplines including Vinyasa, Power, Yin, Restorative, Shivananda, and Iyengar. Daniela has a deep connection to yoga philosophy and believes a classical heart and service-centered approach to teaching and living yoga is both healing and life-changing.

Nazli Takesh,E-RYT 200/E-RYT 500, Reiki Practicioner | Nazli lives, breathes, and is yoga. Her many years of experience in management in the yoga industry gives her insight into cultivating success as both a yoga teacher and a yoga professional. Nazli offers a wealth of knowledge about how to authentically connect with students, support a strong personal yoga practice, and build a fulfilling career around teaching yoga.
Rachel Lubich, E-RYT 500, CPT, YACEP  | A lifelong student of the yoga practice, Rachel has nearly 4,000 hours of teaching experience both abroad throughout the United States. She has studied with masters of yoga spanning traditions from Vinyasa to Ashtanga and Restorative. Rachel brings a holistic approach to teaching yoga, seeing each student as an individual body, mind, heart, and soul.
