Spirit Barre

Enjoy a full body workout based on fundamental principles of the ballet barre.  Deep muscle movements fatigue muscles, toning every part of the body.  Equipment includes weights, resistance bands, gliding disks and pilates balls. Great for beginner to advanced, as modifications are provided by instructor.

Spirit Barre Bootcamp

Take your barre workout to the next level. Enjoy a full-body workout utilizing ballet barre principles.  Cardio elements are added to the class, along with weight challenges.  Bring your towel and prepare to work hard at this energetic class!

Spirit Barre Mat Pilates

Traditional mat pilates class, focusing on core work and control.  Props such as pilates balls, resistance bands, yoga blocks, and yoga straps will be used to provide a full-body workout.  Great for beginners and advanced students alike!
