Britt is a motivated yoga instructor with advanced training in inversions and guided meditation. She uses movement and meditation to help her students feel more empowered and better connected to the deepest layers of themselves. With a background in gymnastics, cheerleading, and dance, Britt found yoga to be the perfect complement to her athletic background. Originally from Scottsdale, Arizona, Britt started her teaching career leading barre pilates classes in 2012. A couple years later she completed her 200-hour yoga teaching certification, and since then has gained certifications in Buti Yoga and FlowLIFT yoga.
