Kali is passionate about sharing yoga as a tool for connecting ourselves to the present moment. She completed her 200 hour with Devata Active in Bali & California in 2018 and has since taken many more trainings including Yin Yoga & Pranayama at Pilgrimage of the Heart, Yin Yoga Therapy with Alexandra Denkinger in Goa, India and Be Well Yoga for Cancer Recovery. With extra adoration for Yin, Slow, Vinyasa and Power, Kali strives to create intentional classes that gives students liberation to explore their own body and breathe with a joyous curiosity. While offering you her depth of yoga knowledge, mindfulness and self love nuggets, she’s eager to give you the freedom to truly make the practice organically yours by finding what feels good. Whether you take a strong vinyasa or a gentle yin, you will leave class feeling relaxed & restored. Kali also has a knack for groovy playlists and making each class a full experience for the body, mind and soul.
