Lindsay completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2017 at Spirit Yoga.
Her style of teaching developed after a yoga-induced injury that made her realize the yoga we are practicing needs to benefit—not harm—our bodies. Bringing in Reiki touch, her focus is on creating space gently: moving slowly, lingering in postures, and tuning into the body’s natural cues.
She loves creating sequences balancing strength and stretch, challenge and ease, and hopes that anybody at any level can enjoy her class.
